We've been clients of Faunlee since the mid-nineties. She has assisted us in buying and/or selling 8 properties over that period of time. She has always been empathetic to our needs. She is also very attentive to our preferences so she has worked with us only on properties that have been within those preferences. Her knowledge of the legalities of listing, showing, buying and selling real estate is second to no one. Processing documents in real estate transaction is very important and very detailed. We've never had any concerns that this aspect of the prossess was being handled properly. I sincerely wish there was a rating higher than 5 star so we could award a higher rating

There are not enough good things I could say about Steve. From the first time we met to buying a house to eventually selling the house, he set a bar that will be very hard to reach now that I have moved states. Steve is not your typical realtor. If you’re looking for a ‘yes man’ or a realtor that your friend from the gym recommends because that’s their brother, it’s not him. I did not have any set expectations for working with somebody but he somehow managed to blow any that I did come up with out of the water. Steve is a professional. His knowledge and experience shows through the way he interacts with not only his clients but, the others he works with as well. If there is anything he isn’t sure of, he will find it out for you and even if you don’t ask he will do it for himself. He has never failed to go above and beyond to make things right. Could not ask for a better house selling experience. Steve Phillips got us max dollars for our home. In addition, when the house inspection revealed some issue to be taken care of he stepped up and contacted the appropriate people and the issue were quickly resolved. His knowledge, initiative and expertise were outstanding.
